What is Outsiders?

Founded on October 9, 2020, OUTsiders began as a small gathering of two lonely runners seeking connection through fitness. Quickly, it evolved into a dynamic community where fitness enthusiasts of all levels come together to push their limits and support each other in a positive and inclusive environment. Meeting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6 AM to 7 AM at changing scenic locations, our group thrives on variety and the shared commitment to health and wellness.

At OUTsiders, it’s not just about individual goals but about fostering a sense of belonging and achievement within the group. By participating in our sessions led by rotating professional trainers, members not only improve physically but also gain mental strength and resilience, making every workout an opportunity to grow stronger together.
